I can look at it tomorrow.

What you basically want to do is set up a new variable, call it what you like. Let's say Power On Delay. I initially set them to false while creating them.

In your macro, change the macro type to variable. It will create two variable windows now, one true, one one false. Create (copy and paste) the same macro in both true and false windows. In the false, use a long 12 second delay. In true, create a short .5 second delay. (The times are examples, use whatever you'd like). In BOTH windows, set the variable with the variable button in the top icon bar in the macro window. Set them both to true. What this does is tell the remote after either macro is run that the tv is on.

In your system off macro, simply add a set variable for the Power On Delay variable to false. This will tell the remote the tv is off so when you turn it on next, it will run the power on delay False macro, which has the long delay. Set this in all the macros that need the delay and/or use the tv. You should be good.
