I just want to add to this thread that we found one Crosspoint 84 switcher with a power supply that is still available and is a plug-for-plug replacement we used on two broken switchers. Our original power supply was marked +/- 15volts at 1.3A on each.

A TDK-Lambda SCD601515 fulfills this need and has slightly higher current levels (2.2A, 1.8A), the same pins for the plugs, and has the same screw mounting pattern.

Just Google for SCD601515 and choose your vendor. We happen to have gone with www.alliedelec.com. At this time, digikey.com, newark.com, mouser.com all have this part.
