Yes. Can be accomplished pretty easily. You could do it with one MRF350 with dual emitters or splicing two together. Or get two MRF350's. each MRF350 has 6 assignable IR ports. In programming just assign TV1 to port 1, TV2 to port 2... When you program for TV1 to power on, the signal only gets sent to IR port 1. Just make sure you set it for RF only or the remote will spit out IR as well and all tvs will power on.
