I was reluctant to move toward the ProControl series, but I checked it out, bought an R and a Z for beta testing (my wife).  

I've brought home all kinds of remotes to her over the last 15 years.  She has said on more than one occasion that the ProControl is the best remote I've ever brought home.  

That being said, I like it as well.  I've never controlled lighting with it though.  Programming is a snap and efficient, GUI is nice, uses discrete codes automatically.  

For small one room systems I've stopped using URC completely.
