I have a 2008 Sony TV and all of the discrete codes work for inputs through Video 6.

I bought a new Sony TV for my wife this month, and only Video 1 and Video 2 discrete codes work, leading me to believe that Sony may have changed their codes for the different inputs, meaning the old discrete codes won't work for all inputs.

I haven't had a chance to test all of the current Sony TV discrete codes on this new TV yet but will report back if I do decide to do the screening. I am always hesitant because sometimes a certain discrete code could mess up the TV, but so far I haven't encountered that problem.
