I am also in a difficult place. Recently bought an MX-3000, which came with no software, but the seller showed the manual which said i could download the editor software from the URC site. As this is no longer the case what can i do. In the UK URC remotes are nowhere near as well known as the US and even finding a dealer is difficult, let alone one that would pass on the software. I am just a normal person with a normal job that wants the remote to work. Bless anyone that can help.
Hindsight is a great thing, would not have bought this remote.
