I've had dealers (in the U.S.) confirm that, while they can get any current remote and accessories, they do not have access to parts. They claimed this is because Nevo wants complete control over servicing.....no "in the field" repairs.

The scroll wheel design, BTW, is quite poor.....annoyingly vulnerable, much like the backlight contacts. Both of these weak spots are prone to failure but are relatively easy to repair, so it's irritating that a little part like the scroll wheel cover isn't available here. I repaired one recently by using the cover from another unit I'm more-or-less "parting out." (If anyone here in the U.S. can get these parts, please PM me. I'd love to keep some spares on hand....)
