URC Launches MRX-4SEN2 for Total Control System
Harrison NY – March 13, 2017
– URC, a global leader in smart home automation and control technology, is pleased to announce the release of the MRX-4SEN2 for the Total Control system.
This compact sensor extender integrates with Total Control for expanded sensor coverage. It features four 3.5mm sensor ports plus one mini USB connector for future firmware upgrades. Wireless network connection enables simple installation of MRX-4SEN2 units throughout the home to support a variety of applications.
Use with compatible URC 3.5mm sensors – audio, contact closure, current, light, video and voltage. It connects to the LAN via Wi-Fi or Ethernet port. It features power, status and data indicator LEDs – plus test and reset buttons on the base of the unit.
It is compatible with the URC SEN-AUD audio sensor, SEN-CCLS contact closure sensor, SEN-CMF current sensor, SEN-LITE light sensor, SEN-VID video sensor and SEN-VOLT voltage sensor.
Total Control integration must be completed by a certified Total Control systems integrator. Knowledge of Accelerator programming is required.
The MXHP-R700 adds a more fully-featured remote control to the MX HomePro platform.
All cloud-based operations to end within four years.
