It's great to have someone who's on our side.
Can you also get the Pronto NEO at similar savings?
I'm trying to decide between the two!

I bought mine online from "Lets Go Digital" for $112 + $17 S&H. They had them in stock and I had it to my door in three days...for under $130.

Mike,
That's great. I've been reading numerous threads to decide and I think the Pronto Neo is for me. I know it will be a challenge to program it. But when I'm done it will be cool to actually have the correct label for each function. I'll be ordering today.

Any idea when ECost will have the RM-VL1000 and what it will sell for. I believe this is a better alternative for my system.

Fernando Hooked me up. Got the remote including shipping for less than $121. If I don't like the remote, instead of returning it and paying a 15% restocking fee, I'll sell it on Ebay and make a little profit !!!!

I am not trying to complain but, why do you charge almost $10 for UPS when all through this web site people talk about UPS charges being more in the $4-$5 range? Is this charge really an additional "handling" fee plus UPS shipping? Why not "Actual" shipping as noted on the package? Thanks for the information.

Word of caution! Ecost has to be the worst electronic store possible! I ordered the av3000 on May 15 or something to that effect. It was on backorder and they kept moving the date back. In theory they are suppose to get them this Thursday but that has yet to be seen. If you want your remote this century go with somebody else. I canceled my order and went with www.broadwaycomputer.com. It was actually cheaper and I will have it by week end!

Pipe, sorry to hear that, but you have to understand that we don't make the remote. So it's not us pushing back the dates, but the manufacturer. Anyway we have the remote now in stock and shipping like crazy. I want to thank everyone from this forum who purchased thru me. Hope you enjoy you new toy!!

restoking fee would only be applied if you purchase
the remote and decide to return it because you
