I was hoping for the assistance of the experts on this forum.
I was hoping for a product recommendation. I need a device to add to my existing Home Theater using the Niles Intellicontrol. The device would accept IR output from the Intellicontrol to control two or more additional contact closures. Is there a way to add additional contact closures to the Intellicontrol directly?

Thanks in advance.

Jim;

I'm not really sure about this, as I'm not that much into "Home Theater", per se. (My set-up is really pretty simple). But I remember reading somewhere in the Pronto Forum that Xantach (sp?) makes something that might be helpful to you.

Click on that link and do a 'Search Forum' on that name and see what you might come up with.

MIKE

ps; Are you a big fan of Stargate?

you need to aim a tachyon pulse at the centre of your stargate this always works on sci fi programmes hope this helps and wont colapse the universe (if this doesnt work use an inverse polaron beam)

The product I was searching for was the Xantech CC12 or CC62 remote relay module.

It's interesting to see the difference in forums. You have shown me a great deal about this one.

I'm glad you found it, and I agree . . . it's a very good idea to ask questions in Forums you don't often frequent. There is a wealth of knowledge on this site, but all too often, the 'cognescenti' don't like to step outside of their sphere of knowledge (so-to-speak).

We are all here to help each other, and I for one am always ready to do some "Google-ing" for a fellow 'Stargater'!

Bob, something tells me that "wormhole" has a totally different meaning within your creative heterohomoindigenous persona.

Someone needs to explain to Bob that 'wormhole' is not a verb!

Anybody know whatever happened to Jim? He never returned. Does anyone from some other Forum recognize his name?

Perhaps we should invite him back . . . seemed to be a likeable fellow!

He got his answers from the "custom installers lounge", and cameback like he knew everything. Time to change the subject, Mike how 'bout adding forum listings to your links? It would be a big help to those of us who keep an eye on more then two forums. Just a thought.
