I have the solution. At a predetermined time, everybody in the US should jump up. This will nudge the earth's axis and change the temp. We can repeat periodically to get the temp we want. If it starts getting too cool then China can jump for a while.
How hard can this be?

Sherly crow is crazy...how does this help global climate
change?

Crow has suggested using "only one square per restroom
visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where
two to three could be required".

I'm wondering if this might have led to the divorce between Cheryl & Lance...

I can see them now sitting down at the dinner table:

Lance (sniff sniff sniff) "Cheryl, did yoiu step in dog crap or something, what is that odor?"

Cheryl: "No honey, I am wearing my new long sleeved blouse with the "wiping sleeve"!!!!

Lance: "But dear, I thought you designed that to wipe your mouth"????
Oh, that is disgusting --- that's it,,, I'm outa here!

I'll bet if they focused the ol' Hubble telescope on that planet, they'd find a couple Starbucks already.

you need people on both hemispheres or you will be tilting the world :)

I also think we should all walk in the same direction to slow down the world a 30h day might give me enough time to do everything I need

Good catch! I didn't think anyone would notice or care. I knew it was geographically incorrect, but China seemed funnier than Australia.

HA! Maybe the health clubs could align all their treadmills or something.

Quit hugging the trees Rick.

Nice post Jay (that will fall on deaf ears).

OK... Maybe not deaf ... deafening responses?

Still giving that tree the death grip Rick?...

Are we all still on our receptive sides of the fence, or did anybody experience an epiphany?

If there's this much banter and nobody's opened their eyes and ears a little more... Then the other side wins...!?

Nicely put. That's pretty much it. While we're piling on, the Financial Times of London published a damning investigation into the new Carbon Credits industry today. Al Gore and others suggest that this is appropriate dispensation for flying around in private jets to their movie premieres, speaking engagements and star-studded fundraisers:

The hate America crowd scaremongers? Nobody is saying it's all americas' fault. Ties to socialism and communism???
I'll admit that therre are a lot of hippie dippy nutcases jumping on the side of global warming, and the usual parade of stupid celebrities... but take politics out of it.
Take Gore out of it.

ed... were you drunk when you wrote this? That is some crazy stuff man.
