Clear Connect huh, I bet it is a mesh netowork technology that htey are trying to clobber everyone about in court.
200 devices, it sounds like z-wave or zigbee with a brand name.

No Z wave, it's still RF. It's a pretty slick product that will be lower priced than old Ra but it will be very powerful.

Would be nice if compatible with 'new version of HomeWorks'.
Any info on that Julie? :)

If they could just get the price down I would be really happy.

The PC interface is a big deal to me. I HATE "programming" RA (I call it shoe leather programming). Hopefully they'll get off their arrogant a$$es and also enable the devices to provide level feedback. I have a love/hate relationship with RA (and Lutron in general, they're worse then Nevo in the area of arrogance and that's saying a lot) but, they are finally joining the rest of us in the 21st century and that goes a long way.

also enable the devices to provide level feedback. This is suppose to happen with the new devices. I don't believe the price will go down. The "entry level" SR pricing isn't much cheaper than the standard RA so if anything it will go up with the new RA 2. Plus how are they suppose to pay for all of their lavish contractor outings cough, cough, I mean training.
