I was at an intersection and saw exactly what you described- went into the left turn, slowed and blew through the light. Another time, two idiots seemed to be racing and ran the light without slowing at all. This shit is pissing me off.

In October 2018, I exited a highway and stopped at the right light. I was in the lane that went straight, back onto the highway, or left. There was a lane to my left to go left, as well as two lanes to my right to turn right.

After about 45 seconds my light turns green so I proceeded. Then the next thing I know I am turned around 180. My 12 year old Cadillac is totaled. Her 1 year old Nissan is totaled, and she just must’ve gotten it because it had dealer plates on it.

Unfortunately no one stopped, no cameras around and she falsified the police report. Saying I ran the red light, and that everyone else around me had remained stopped.

Fact is, my light was green when I went through and I was the only one there.

Fast forward a couple months ago... a 16 year old drove around me on my left as I was turning left. All because he panicked when the driver behind him honked their horn. This time I had a dash camera. But I let him go because it W.S. just starches on an 08 Honda.

What was the percentage of automobiles involved in this event that were BMWs? I'd bet that, over time, BMWs account for way more than 50% of the vehicle count in such incidents.

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

Currently live in Scottsdale and there is an over abundant breed of asshole drivers and the heard needs to be thinned but without question the leader is the grand master BMW, but it happens at all financial levels.

I have lived in a lot of places in the USA and hands down Scottsdale AZ is hands down the master collective of entitled assholes all the way down to the children.
Its mind blowing how bad it is here.

Every green light is an NHRA launch pad and then it turns into high speed slalom racing in and out of traffic. You dont dare use turn signals as that is the speed up and block signal to anyone around you. When a light turns green for you here you automatically have a minimum of 5 seconds wait time before you can proceed as you wait for everyone else much more important than you to finally stop running a red light.

I have challenged some of these assholes and they are ALL willing to go over 100 mph on a city street to get ahead of you, no one wants to get spanked by a crew cab hemi ram with 170000 miles on it but it happens from time to time.

Biggest collective of entitled assholes I have ever seen in my life, but at least I am not bitter about it.

I used to have a very old Chevy with lots of scars. I would get the benefit of "road courtesy" because everyone with those fast, fancy plastic cars knew that real metal trumps plastic every time. No one would attempt to squeeze me in traffic.

But, strange things happen. At one point as I was approaching the car I noticed that it was somewhat askew with the curb. That is not how I parked it. Then I noticed that the car had collided with a nearby telephone pole (while parked). I can only imagine what the other car looked like.

LOL Thats the funnest part of when I challenge people with the fancy cars for space and racetrack position, I just freekin go, they hang is as long as they can and then back off its awsome and fun.

They think they are bad ass until they are staring at the bumper of a crew cab truck and then investment protection kicks in.

Its called millennial syndrome. She doesn't get a trophy for helping with sales tax issues.

She's in her middle 50s.

None, that time. When the two seemed to be driving, I know one was a BMW, not sure about the second. Having seen where and how they stopped, I was expecting a shootout. Not a good area, they both stopped as if they had been chasing and being chased.

This place has been circling the drain for a long time and it's getting worse.

I would say that you ought to come to Milwaukee but I wouldn't want anything bad to happen. It's really not safe here- last night a Milwaukee PD dispatcher with 31 years on the job died in a crash when some pinheaded A-hole ran from the police after running a red in front of them. She was on her way to pick up her daughter and when she was late, the daughter called dad to ask why, so he back-traced her trip and found out the hard way. The driver's passenger is in the hospital, the driver ran. This is so common I don't even want to drive through MKE.

Every green light is an NHRA launch pad and then it turns into high speed slalom racing in and out of traffic.

I would think they could just go to Firebird Speedway and get it out of their system.

Back on the virus thing.

Went to the grocery store this morning to get a very few things. Bread being one.

Bread shelves were virtually empty, save for several loaves on wheat bread.

Apparently panic buying will not make people eat healthy. LOL

I remember a bumper sticker that some of you should have.

"This truck has been in 6 accidents , and has not lost one yet"

And that makes no sense- I would think that people who were hunkered down would take the time to make something they might actually enjoy, rather than slam a sandwich together and pound a bag of chips.

They cancelled public schools here.  I kept the kids home last Friday assuming they would make that move so we might as well get a jump on it.

Stopped at the school this morning to pick up things the kids need and one of the teachers hinted to not be surprised if this goes through the end of the school year.

Interesting times ahead..

We did the same with our 7yo daughter last week. The schools had multiple alerts but finally settled on 2wks after the government approved it (Pennsylvania). At a county level we’re unscathed but several neighboring counties are experiencing cases or awaiting results from suspected cases.

If any of you are into buying stock. I would suggestion anything to do with baby stuff. Because you know in 9 months there are going to be a large increase in births.

It happens all the time in my area. Whenever a hurricane comes through, long winter storm and long power outages... 9 months later a boom in baby stuff sales.
