According to his speech, he's more powerful than God because he's the ONLY ONE that can fix everything. A year into his presidency we'll see statues of him everywhere, you won't be allowed to say anything against him. He admires Putin, that says where your freedom will go.

My main reason for a Trump vote is the fact that he IS an outsider, and I believe that's what this country needs. We have been led for far to long by the parties, and life time politicians.

Hopefully the truth about these bought off insiders would come out on a regular basis and many would finally be voted out, possibly they would be forced to be a part of Social Security, and have to use Obama care, like all the rest of we peons.

With Hillary, it's more likely the same democratic policy of buying the populace with free this, free that, and the middle class will disappear altogether.




All that said, I listened and found it to somewhat inspire hope. Hope that government can and will change for the better.

Try to keep up. It's called the electoral college. KS is not a swing state and all the electoral votes in this state will go to Trump, whether I vote for Trump, Hillary, Mickey Mouse or no one.

And you don't live in a swing state either. Albeit it might be a closer election in your state than mine.

I tried to be objective. His speech did not sway what my opinions of him have been throughout his campaign. I lost what respect I had for him with his campaign roadshows, and his encouragement of the crowds physically injuring people who were there with differing opinions. That doesn't mean my vote is for Clinton, but it won't be for Trump.

How is this constructive? Do you honestly think this contributes to good discussion on the OT? Or maybe you don't care?

Listen, Trump said he wants to do alot of things in that speech, some of them would probably be a good idea. Will they ever happen? Probably not given how divisive the political system is, they will never get through the crooks in congress.

As far as voting for who I like, I don't like any of them!!

Since I have a choice, I would rather take Trump for what he says he wants to do, that will probably never happen, over what that lying, stealing, cheating crook Hillary will do if she gets elected.

Her plan for America is to buy the poor's vote with more "free" welfare, while she funnels money into her bank account and the bank accounts of the other crooks in government, while increasing the national debt to ridiculous levels.

The only plan I have heard from out of her mouth is that she will raise taxes on us, the "middle class"!!

She says rich people, but we already know they get out of paying their share through tax loopholes.
