With that kind of logic I should be able to walk into your house when I want without your permission.

Actually the last time I listened to it, I heard him say "Non Christian" Liberals or Muslims...So I guess not a racist as long as a Muslim is Christian....is that even possible, since Muslim is a religioun?

no a Muslim cannot be Christian (at least as normally defined), but Muslim does not need to mean brown skin and brown skin does not mean Muslim, there are many Christians in the areas where the Muslim religion is predominant. Such as Cops from Egypt (Coptic church), Maronites from Lebanon, Syriac Christians from Iraq, Melkite from Arab countries as well as Greek Orthodox and maybe others I can't think of now....

why did I say "as normally defined". Well if you are Christian, you have heard of Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and Jesus and many others. Jesus is the son of God or God made flesh.... and all the others are considered prophets (humans guided by God in order to show the rest of the people his way). If we believe the bible (Talmud -Jewish books of faith- or Koran - Muslim books of faith), Jacob was also called Israel and the covenant started with Abraham continued through him and gave rise to the Jews. On the other hand Isaac had an other son slightly older from Jacob and that son Esau gave rise to the Arabs (and in that way the covenant continued through him). Now in 570 AD an Arab named Mohammed was born, he acknowledged the prophets (Jewish/ Christian) before him but they also Jesus Christ as a a prophet like the rest of them (not as the son of God) and the Muslims look at Mohammed as being the last of the prophets. Why the history and religion lesson. Simply put that the same way that Christianity was an offshoot of Judaism and so we have al of their prophets, by Jesus Christ being a prophet of the Muslim religion it kind of makes it a kind of Christianity.

Note: If there are some errors please correct. If something appears to demean a religion please ignore since it is not on purpose, I don’t believe we can ever know if there is or is not one (or more) God(s) so I don’t mean to insult any other persons beliefs since they could be more right than mine.

Oh you will allow him. What about what the Constitution allows him? Better yet what about what the Constitution prevents the government from doing.

I will allow him to pick and choose who he lets in his doors when he builds his own roads to get his other customers to his place of business.

When i say "me" or "I" i am literally saying people like me who voted in the Civil Rights Act. It's a set of laws that allow the government to prevent him from discriminating against other sexes, religions, races etc.

I call it the anti-redneck act.

Miss Black America doesn't piss me off because i don't follow beauty pageants and to be honest i have never heard of it until now.

Do i think that there should be a miss black america pageant? No. I can't understand how they get away with it to be honest.

I love BET. I don't care for Tyler Perry because everything i have ever seen from him seems geared towards 15 year olds. I usually can't last 15 minutes watching anything hes in or produced so i cant really comment on the subject matter. Same goes for Pauly Shore and the bumble bee guy on the spanish channels.

If BET said "our programming is only for black people" then i would have a problem with it. I consider "black entertainment" as a genre description meaning that you will typically find shows with predominately African American casts. If their name was "No whites or radical muslims" then i would be concerned.

i say more power to him. if you own a business and you want to limit your business to a particular portion of the population, then more power to you!!!!! it is getting real old for everybodies panties to be in wad about every damn thing. if people would quit worrying about the small BS.

Actually this guy's panties are in a wad, maybe you should ridicule him worrying about liberals, non-Christian Arabs, and Muslims. And Obama voters. Instead you choose to pre-ridicule people who take issue with outright racial segregation.

But instead 'more power to him?' He's a bigot and breaking Civil Rights Act law.

It's your right to be a bigot and say stupid things. It's not his right to conduct commerce and discrimate against the parties he specified. It's your right to give him 'more power.'

It's my right to call you a racist supporter who has an odd understanding of rights and freedom. Srsly, WTF?

Let it all hang out guys.

Again, I am not defending this guy but I do believe that you are incorrect that he is in violation the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (assuming this is the Civil Rights Act Law you are referring to). He is not conducting interstate commerce as the course is local to the state in which the C&C permit would be issued. He is not the issuing party of the license, that would be the state's power and not the federal governments power. He does not receive government funding. He does not have a public facility where he is serving the public openly. He offers a course, which you must sign up for and be approved (private club protections). The guy may be a bigot but as I pointed out in my previous post he has not addressed race but religion and/or political affiliation. He then stated that he wished you would not sign up for the course if you are a socialist liberal or voted for our current campaigner in chief. He is an asshole but has he really violated any laws?

For the record, I do not support racism in any form or fashion. We all bleed red when cut. We all feel pain when hurt. The irony of attacking this guy for his dislike of Muslims while also attacking his obvious Christian beliefs is seemingly lost on many of you.

non- Christian Arabs

Don't get your panties in a wad, more power to you for supporting a xenophobe and a bigot and his supposed right to discriminate in his business.

Read Title II of the Civil Rights Act, which covers much more than Fed/State institutions and interstate commerce. However, since he engages in training necessary for State licensing there may be issues with that too, even though he's not a proxy of the State.

It is not clear that he is a private club, that is assumed.

I totally just need a two word catch phrase for installs then I can land a reality tv show... Hmm.

You're Hired?

On topic it is really sad that any religion/race/country/organization allows the deviants a voice in the fray. What I mean is the radicals in any group should have been censored by their own kind. The fact that this guy in TX gets public attention shouldn't be noteworthy because of the content of his message but the fact that other Christians/Non-liberals allowed the message to be heard.
