I'm on vacation for two weeks so haven't done any actual work, but this thread has been dying and needed a bump!

Those pictures where the realtor’s pics. Probably hired a professional photographer.

I believe he knows that and is saying when Paul takes pictures, they are better the ones in this link.  Listing pictures are typically downsized and lose resolution, quite a bit actually, so its not a fair comparison really. Paul's pictures do come out quite stunning.  I take my own job site pictures as well and can attest to how much work can go in to getting decent ones.

Thanks for the photography compliment.  I bought a GoPro for the first time to bring on this vacation and chasing turtles and whales to learn how to use it.  It’s a lot different than any other camera I’ve used but has some neat features and getting some great underwater video.

Thats the home gym.  It has a green (Living) roof and had a sculpture on it so from the house and yard it looks like a garden.  The photos you’re asking about where it looks like a bunker we’re taken from a drone... you can’t really view the  house from that angle/view in person because the property slopes down steeply towards the ocean.

This is is a vacation home for the clients and I’ve been working with them for about 1.5 years on their new house. Construction started last fall and should be completed late 2020 or early 2021.

Curious where that house is located, can't figure out the elevated view AND waterfront. Worked for a client down there who had places on Edgecliff Lane, Hot Springs Road and Garden Lane so spent a fair amount of time there. Fernald Point is too flat?

Being in Santa Barbara couldn't you focus on high-end instead!!

On Maui for two weeks but have had lots of rain this trip. We’re having big storms at home too with lots of road closures and power outages so have been online some monitoring OvrC and making sure systems come back online.

That house has an East Valley Road address, but it’s basically at the base of Toro Canyon.  It has nice ocean views, but the photos are a little misleading because it’s not ocean front.

Hopefully going on TV is NOT in my future... can’t imagine anyone would find me very entertaining 😀
