Not 100% happy no. It remains very slow. But everything works and with some fiddling around I adapted the layout to match my setup. Besides I use it only to setup and drive my receiver/sonos combo in 1 go. For most of the other zones I use the sonos controller/or iphone

Would, as stated before, also be quite willing to pay for a better module!

The beauty and design of SONOS is in it's speed and clarity. Cant imagine using this if it's slow.

It´s a waste of time to search for the Sonos module by Philips. It´s VERY slow. It´s not useful at all in my opinion. It is interesting for me to know how fast the module offered for about 50.- euro is. Anybody tried it?

Ive been told by an installer that the Sonos Module from Polite Films is much more usable and faster.

Not as fast as the Sonos controller though..
Pronto still one of the best Wi-Fi Remotes,

You can download the module HERE.

You will find on the zip file, the documentation (english and french) and a gef gallery file.

The module is for TSU-9400/TSU-9600/TSU-9800, TSW-9500 will comming soon !

In order to use the module you need an "activation code" if you buy the module or an "evaluation code" if you want to try. In both case you need to send me the internal serial number of the remote where you want to use the module. To get it press "BACKLIGHT + MENU + FIRM2".

Hi,
I will buy this if you promise to add spotify support :) and that it's a lot faster than the standard version.

Can you keep both promises?

Will pm my serial number for a eval key.

I've purchased the Sonos Module from Polite Films.

It's much more user friendly and faster than the one from philips site.

However, everytime I switch to another device (like amp/tv/satelitte), then when I return to the sonos module it no longer work, just froze. I assigned the home button to the amp page (using TSU9600).

Do I have to exit the module in another manner ?

I've contacted polite films as well.

Where do you purchase this? I'm interesting in replacing the Philips version. Thanks. SJ

shop.pilotefilms.com/

need your serial number of your unit

ask for a trial serial first if you want to try before you purchase.

Pity there's no support forum

I think there's 2 languages atm, English and French.

Here's the link in English

It is still a big buggy for me.  Hope there's more updates in the future.

I would recommned to ask for a trial first.

Hi,

I have bought the pilotefilms sonos module for my TSU 9400.

I have some issues like twosons had, the library is 1.93.

Could anybody send me library version 1.95 to solve some issues ?

It would be very nice !

Regards,

Fischi
