See here,

[Link: remotecentral.com]

and here,

[Link: remotecentral.com]

they should help

Both of your links here deal with Control Room, and Complete Control Program? what are these? I use MX-810 Pro Wizard software. Should I download a new program? Do they have better software? This program looks like it was designed by my 3 year old daughter, and i've always found it a struggle to use.

My bad, thought you talking about the MX-880 and Complete Control Program(or CCP for short.)

I don't have the Pro Wizard Software you have, but I'm sure the answer you are looking for is within this thread. Read and re-read.

Anyone care to post new icons/favs/component icons that they've created recently? There aren't that many out there, and I'm not very good with PS.

First off, get Paint .NET (assuming you're on Windows) and use that instead of Photoshop. It's wonderful and free.

Learn how to create layers and how to use them, how to use the magic selection tool, how to resize an image, how to resize a canvas and finally how to save as a flattened PNG, and you'll be ready for action. That's all I know how to do but I've built all my 88x59 custom icons in that tool using that knowledge and it's super, super easy and quick.

Feel free to search this thread for my username to get my other channel and activity icons. Plenty of other users posted theirs too.

As for new ones, I just got a Pioneer VSX-1120 which has iPod Control, so I added the following:

I also got a Panasonic Plasma that has Skype video call functionality, so my activity icon is this:

And my activity page looks like this:

Enjoy...

Great stuff. I know this is an old thread, but it was invaluable to me in creating the programming and graphics for my MX-810. Thanks all. I have some stuff to show, but I have not figured out how to put the graphics up yet. Hopefully I will shortly.

Very nice RGDawson. Can you post your graphics files in the mx graphics file forum as well?

Thanks, but I don't see them there. Are they in the "files" section under urc graphic remotes? or are they somewhere else on the site?

Oops. Sorry to everyone for not noticing the last post. At has been a while now. As I recall, I had to go through a process where I had to e-mail the files to the site and I assumed that they would get posted. I don't know where they are.

That's too bad. I looked for them in the "mx" graphics section on the site. Would you be willing to try to upload again and also reply in this thread with a download link to rapidshare or another file uploading service?

Thanks!
