Hi,
I was hoping to get a bit of remote advice here for a complete remote noob. I'm looking to minimize the number of remotes I have going on w/ my TV setup. Currently, I have 4 remotes.
1) My Samsung's UN60H7150 TV remote which has a touch pad in the middle and a dedicated SmartHub button. I've accepted that I may not be able to duplicate the touch pad or SH button, but that's OK. I don't use the SH b/c of some functionality issues I've experienced that Samsung can't rectify. 2) My sound bar/woofer remote. It's a Sony SS-CT150. I used to use this remote to control my old TV as well, but abandoned it w/ the new 7150. 3) My Comcast cable box remote. This seems to just be a generic Comcast remote, the model number in my box itself is RNG-100. 4) My Roku stick remote. It's a model 3500R Roku. I'm not sure if this remote's functionality can be duplicated, but I'd be fine keeping this one.
Thank you for any help anyone can provide. Even if it's just pointing me at the best tool to figure all of this out for myself, that would be helpful. If I can provide any further detail, please let me know as well. If there isn't 1 remote that will accommodate all of my needs, I'd like to pick the one that minimizes the number I have.

For an inexpensive, high quality remote that will control all those and anything else you can throw at it, try the OARUSB04G, around $25 at Walmart, Amazon, etc. It's programmable from a PC similar to a more expensive Harmony if you want to really customize it.
Depending on the exact model of the Comcast remote, it could also handle everything but would require an $8 programming cable from ebay to add the Roku codes and simplify programming of the other devices.

Sorry but the roku stick is RF controllable only, no IR remote will control it.
