i'm wondering if this exists. I'm looking for a IR remote which integrates to other devices.
The Logitech remotes has a "activities" mode, so it knows what device to control.
This works find with ONE device. Let's assume i add a tablet. Now the Logitech does not know which device to control.
OpenRemote is using a server to remember the states. All clients are getting the interface of the server.
This is nice, but i'm afraid i'll miss the physical buttons on a remote.
Are there (ir) remote controls with will integrate to such setups?
So, if i use the tablet to switch to "dvd" the ir remote will also control the dvd player and not the cd player
