I've been very happy with my 2 year old RF50 (although I don't use the RF feature) but Comcast just replaced my DVR with a Cisco RNG200. The RF50 doesn't seem to have a code set for it and can't learn them from the Comcast remote.

Any suggestions for a replacement? My other devices are standard Sony, Samsung, and Toshiba components. I need macros with at least 15 steps, volume punch through, learning, etc.

Thanks.

Does anyone know of a programmable remote that's compatible with a Comcast/Cisco RNG 200 DVR? I've emailed URC a few times and never received a response.
