I live in the Uk, and have just upgraded my AV system to include a couple of new componets, so I really am at the stage where I need a mid to high end universal remote. When I tried one of the prontos in the past, I never managed to program it in sufficient depth to truly be able to rely on it on it's own. Does anyone know of an installer or similar who offers the services (obviously for a fee!) of programming remotes, bearing in mind I already have the AV system and just need the remoe itself, plus the prgramming. I understand normally these services only come from an installer who is putting in a complete system?
