Is there any way of enabling universal remotes such as Logitech's harmony unit to send out RS232 & IP commands?

The current setup includes:

1x Kramer Sierra 1616V5xl Component video matrix (RS232)
1x Yamaha A1080 receiver (IP)
2x xantech MRAUDIO8x8 speaker amplifiers (RS232)

(these are just the devices that comminicate via Rs232 or IP)

There are other devices such as set top boxes and TV's which will work via IR.

Currently, a Wyrestorm enado system is being used to send out these commands. However using a GUI on a mobile device is not easy to use as it lacks the tactile feel of buttons.

i'm assuming i will need to use some kind of intermediary device to recieve commands from the logitech, then send it to the relevent device in a regular Rs232 or IP command that it is able to interperet?

any help would be appreciated.
