Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this site. I looked everywhere but cannot seem to find IP drivers to control Fire TV (Specifically it's the 4K Fire TV stick/Dongle). If you know where I could find one I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you.

Sadly, There aren't any existing Drivers for Pro Control or RTI for anything newer than the 3rd generation FireTV. (not that I have been able to find anyways)

Go to video-storm.com and look at their IRUSB. It will handle commands sent either via IR or as TCP/IP to the device itself. I use it to control an Amazon Fire TV Cube using only TCP/IP. I wrote my own driver (integrated into my theater control system). Their protocol is very simple and coding a driver was relatively simple for me, but I have been coding for over 50 years. I have the full list of commands for a nVidia shield and the commands to duplicate the remote for the Fire TV
