[HEADER][PARA1][ID][PARA2][PARA3][CHECKSUM]
Checksum is calculated by adding [PARA1],[ID],[PARA2],[PARA3]
and then stripping off the first digit in the total.
ENERGY saver OFF must be sent in order for RS-232 to be recognized.
