I don't know if this is possible or how to do it the right way, but I am setting up a HTPC. The refresh rate auto-changes to 24Hz when Blu-Ray discs are played, I'd like to set a timer for about 20min after the last time "enter" is pushed (starting the movie) to perform a command when the "back" button is pushed (exiting the movie) so that I can reset the refresh rate back to 60Hz on the HTPC. I'd like to just use a flag when enter is hit and start a timer (20min or so), but it is my understanding the timer will disable other commands while running, any thoughts?

If you're using an XP-8 it won't disable anything else because it has 6 macro engines. You wouldn't want to do this with an RP-6 because it has a single engine.

One solution you can play with if there is an XP8 is in the bottom right hand corner of the macro editor you can select run immediately or after a set amount of minutes have passed.
You can use this in conjunction with flags or by itself, or just tie up a processor.
