I noticed that you have to add the extension to the file for it to work otherwise ID won't recognize it. Maybe David could correct that in the zip file. .rs232lib

Then I used the export feature which allowed me to rename it works great now. I will fix it on the site as well.

Yes, just copy and paste into the command RTI/ Integration Designer/ Command Libraries. Then it will show up as one of the libraries you can select in the library browser.

Thanks SAAudio,
I haven't had the chance to use the 232 yet. Just wanted to make sure.

GOOD STUFF!
There are at least four different files that I'm going to need in the next few weeks... saved me a ton of time.
Thanks to everyone who put the work in!

David... Shoot me a list of make and model numbers (specific or general) for what you add. I am trying to include a log file so I can effectively track RTI updates and library file issues as well. I included the log file in the IP download.

Does anyone use sony products. I am looking for reciever codes (AV1 or AV2), Projector vpl100, CAV-CVS12ES video swither? Some examples of strings might help me understand the structure and format needed.
Thanks

I have a few I'll send in.
Sim2 HT380
The trick to create the formulas in excel then copy/paste allows creation of these to be really quick and easy. It only took about an hour to do all of these. ErikS - Any chance you could send me (or post) the Excel file for Sim2 HT380 RS232 commands? Or a .pdf file. I don't use RTI but am in desperate need of the Sim2 RS232 protocol info. Cos I don't have Integration Designer I can't view the 232 megalist. Really appreciate any help you can give!
