Hi every body, I'm sorry if i post in the wrong topic. I'm working at Bkav Corporation,so i want know that i can registion IR code for our Company's devices, for Organization or Community? Looking to hearing from you soon Thank so much.

You would have to go through each company separately, URC, UEI, Sony. Universal remote code libraries are not universal across universal remotes.

Sorry, you're asking the wrong crowd, we are end users of the product, we have nothing to do with making or loading of the code library.

Don't believe there is such a place. Typically universal remote control companies will seek out IR codes on their own, unless there is a specific demand for something and a customer will submit it, or they'll go to the manufacturer.
As for submitting to the community, that can be done on this site - assuming you have a protocol document that describes the IR code format in detail and then maps out the commands.
If you're able to convert these codes into the semi-universal Pronto Hex format, then that will go a long way as well because companies like Logitech, URC, RTI and pretty much everyone else can take that Pronto hex and import it into their own formats/databases.
