Would appreciate suggestions for getting the AV3100 to conrol the Panasonic home theater system... tried the Pany codes for the DVD players and for receivers and can get some functionality, but very limited. Suggestions would be appreciated!

Suggestion: Learn from original remote if you have it.
Limited functionality is normal for home theater systems and receivers since they are so varied that no remote could possibly include all the options.
