I've read through the book and have looked online but can't find if the RM-AV3100 can be programmed to change channels on two different devices at the same time. The reason is because I have my Tivo Series2 working in conjunction to my Digital Cable Box. The two IR transmitters work okay but fail sometimes. My goal, if at all possible, is to setup channel changing so both the Tivo and cable box change channels at the same time, using both Channel +/- and the number keypad/enter sequence. Thanks in advance for your help...this is my first universal remote.

No it can't be done. With SA tivos, you should tent up the cable box, just use the tivo remote signals, then the tivo will change the cable box.

Probably not a good idea, but you could learn micro macros with commands to both boxes... so technically possible, but it might introduce some operation problems with your devices.
