I just bought a v302 hoping to consolidate my Toshiba TV, DVD player, and Sony reciever into one remote. No problems operating the TV and DVD players, but the reciever (STR-DE595) doesn't even respond?! It's suppose to be programmed from the factory to work with all Sony products? Did I get a bad remote? I just might pony up and get a V710.

Nevermind, found out how to switch from AV2 to AV1. Works now, thanks. There's nothing about having to do this in the manuals.

I have the same problem how did you fix this? What do you mean change from av2 to av1?
