I think I posted this in the wrong area earlier. Forgive me.
I'm new at this so bear with me.
I have a 2-room Dish Network satellite setup.
The satellite receiver is a Dish625 and is in Room 1. There are 2 remotes.
Remote 1 is in Room 1 and remote 2 is in Room 2.
I want to do is to be able to control the Satellite programming in Room 2 using a single universal remote. I realize the Dish receiver for Room 2 is in RF mode.
Will the VL-610 accomplish this or would I necessarily need a converter like the one below?

No, nothing can replace the RF only oem remote. Sorry you're out of luck.
