I have the 2500, and it's great, but I noticed something about the volume control for my TV. My old remote let you hold in the button and the volume would change quickly. But with the 2500, I have to hit the volume button once every second to change it one by one. This only happens with my TV. My receiver lets me hold down the button to change it quickly, but not the TV. Is there anything I can change or is there something I should do differently?

Without knowing what kind of TV you have, I can only guess that you learned the commands. If so, try relearning and hold the button down on the original remote until the 2500 beeps.
If you didn't learn the commands, try learning them this way and see if it helps.
