I just bought a new Toshiba DVD/VCR combo and it works great but I am using the Sony RM-VL900 remote and was wondering if there was an easier way to program the remote without having to basically "start over" I love this remote and it did great when all my A/V components were seperated. Now thats changed. Any help is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to email me if you wish. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what you mean by "start over", but since there are no combo codes in the 900, you can reassign the VCR and DVD keys with the Toshiba preset codes, and then learn any additional functions you need.
If you have learned commands on those keys, you will probably have to clear the component and then change the preset codes.
