After 2 and a half days of programing and not getting what I want to have in a remote I will return this sony for the 7000. Sony was NO help what so ever, they told me where to find it in the manual. I think for the price of this remote a PRINTED manual is not asking much! But I printed one out for my self (all 96 pages). The trouble that I had was with programing my HD10-250 (Directv HD Tivo). And by the way when you see the ads say that you can rename the keys, thats not true at all. (at least the Keys that I NEED to rename to make this understandable to my wife) Also it would help that when you press on the keys that they resond to your touch. Thanks for reading, and stay clear of this remote. -Chuck

Well, if what you wanted were the features on a $1000 remote then it stands to reason that a $200 remote might not compare as well...

Having a printed manual is limited to the $1000+ range of remotes?
Besides, the features he's wanting should be on a $200 remote anyway.
