I'm looking for the correct code to use to control an LG DV7832NXC DVD player with a Sony RM-AV2100.
Can anyone help?

There only 14 dvd player codes in the 2100,and none are LG. So you will need to TEACH!

Thanks Edmund. That worked in the simple mode where I select the DVD component key and I can control the DVD directly.
Where I can't seem to get it to work is with the System 2 key when I program a macro.
I have been operating succesfully for a couple of years with a "watch DVD" macro here when all me components were Sony. I just changed the DVD player to the LG. I cleared the macro after having taught the DVD component keys from the LG remote. Then I entered a new one identical to the old but using the learned LG commands of course. The LG doesn't respond....although it will if I go back to the DVD component key and command it directly.
Does this ring any bells?

Sorry, since i am new to this community. I need some IR Codes for an LG DVD/VCR combo.(Crestron Deal File). The model number is 271KW1 ,
If any one has it or can send me please........
