Hello all-
I have the Sony AV3000 (had it for over a year now), and the one thing that bugs me is the volume control. I have to repeatedly hit the volume up or down button to get the receiver to change volume. Is there any way to get this remote to constantly transmit when I hold the volume up/down key? The Yamaha remote works this way. Sorry I don't have the receiver model number as I'm at work now. The receiver is >5 years old.

If you have learned the volume commands, or if you haven't then learn them now, but be sure to hold the button down on the original remote until the 3000 beeps. This is usually the cause of volume or channel commands not repeating.
