I just installed two Lutron Spacer IR dimmers and will be purchasing the AV3100 remote. Acording the Lutron, I need to purchase the Lutron dimmer and "teach" the 3100, the codes are not available through Sony. Is this accurate? Do I have other options?

Well, the RM-AV3100 does list Lutron codes, but to be honest I don't know if they'll work. There was a problem with the Lutron codes on the RM-AV3000 and I don't know if they have been fixed.
