If anyone has the Sony AV3100, do you know if you can change the names of the component labels? For example, I want to change 'MD' or 'TAPE A' to other names. I know you can change labels within each component, but I can't figure out how to change the component labels themselves.

You can definitely change the component labels. I actually just did that with my 3100 a couple of days ago. I can't remember the steps off the top of my head but it is in the manual.
