I just recently purchased the AV-3000. Often when I press a label on the touch screen, the command gets sent two, even three times. Am I doing something wrong or are the sensors not functioning properly? Thanks.

The screen is sensitive. Try a quick light touch and it should work out fine for you.

Too hard a touch will cause your problem. Also, if you learned commands, make sure you hold the teaching remote button down until the AV3000 beeps or, depending on the equipment, try a short button press.

Thanks for the feedback and the advice. Now, I know what I'm dealing with.
