With all the publicity behind av2000, i bought one.
my problem begins when i try to rename some of the pre programmed keys to suit my needs.
It was able to learn some commands that Marantz 200MK11 wont learn. Apparently, i tried to rename the buttons but it wont let me or rather i didn't know how.
I called sony and the technician did not tell me anything new from what i know already from the manual.
can anyone help me ?

Sorry, there's no way to rename a button from what the default is in a certain mode.
