Hi -

Yes, I have one more question. I started subscribing to digital cable about 6-9 months ago through TCI, now AT&T. Recently I had some trouble with the converter box, and a technician came and simply replaced it with a new one. The old unit was a General Instrument, I'm pretty sure, and the new one is a Motorola DCT2244 (if I've guessed correctly about which string of numbers on the bottom denotes the model number).

I am now trying to set up my relatively new AV2100 to talk to the Motorola cable box, but there's no entry for Motorola in the codes booklet, and I haven't seen any info for it online either. Worst case, I can have the AV2100 learn the commands from the digital cable remote, but it would sure be nice to avoid taking the time.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. If this is such a new box that no info is available yet, I'll be happy to share whatever I eventually find out with everybody else here.

Thanks,

Pat
