With the new law being passed(in the Boston area and elsewhere,too,I presume) regarding Directv being able to broadcast local stations, does anyone know if they will be HiDef broadcasts?? Meaning that those with a DTC 100 and it's parabolic dish will be able to get HiDef locals with out a big "tree" antennae????

From everything I have heard the local stuff will not be HD..

I am receiving locals now on direct and they will not be high def for a long time. You will need a HD tuner and dish when they do.
