Sorry if I'm going out of bound by starting a new thread on Net Neutrality; not necessarily related to HDTV Reception unless you have internet, which could replace television completely.

The FCC has approved new rules for the Internet, which off coarse has two sides.

If anyone has nothing to do on a rainy day, there is a link in below to the FCC's 300+ document on its proposed Net Neutrality rules.  And after you read them, you can explain them to me.

     The US Supreme Court on Thursday granted a request from NCTA, AT&T, ACA and others for more time to appeal the FCC’s 2015 Open Internet order. They now have until Sept. 28 to file a petition with the court.

Net neutrality goes away as of April 23 except for certain provisions that require review by the Office of Management and Budget (which will take effect later). The rule rolls back FCC Internet regulations and reclassifies Internet service providers.   But the fight continues...
