Assuming you want RG6... maybe 5/8 - 7/8"?

If you don't install the plugs first, 5/8" should be enough. If you install them, and stagger them through the hole, maybe 3/4". Standard F-connectors are 7/16" hex, but because of the flats, 7/8" is too tight for side-by-side.
If you want a tight oval hole, try a 3/8" bit and oval the hole by applying sideways pressure or wobbling the bit. If you can get to each blocks face, you can use a chisel to elongate a hole.

Try it with a hardware store brick or cinder block first. I say that after thinking that Larry's hole size is a bit small; I would go with 3/4" as 3/8" is a good fit with one RG-6. And I never think of running connectors through.
But I use this hole size in wood, where chips will occlude the hole slightly. In masonry, the hole won't have any brick splinters still attached to the inside wall of the hole, making the hole smaller.
By the way, you will find the block is easier to drill than the mortar or concrete fill, and the mortar or concrete fill are easier to drill than the rebar. Choose your hole locations accordingly, if you can see the block edges.

2 RG-6 cable fit nice and just right thru a 9/16' hole without any sleeve nor connectors on the end. But I won't push these thru a 9/16' hole more than 2" deep. When going deeper I always go to 3/4". And when going thru concrete, I use an electric hammer drill with SDS type bits. I would avoid tying to start small then ream out to larger when drilling concrete with a hammer drill because it will continually bind up.
