Just bought the sofabaton remote for my roku ultra. The top half has 13 programmable buttons and uses IR. the bottom half of the remote is dedicated as a roku replacement ready to connect to the roku out of the box no pairing required. I am using a xantech 789-44 kit to beam IR signal to my equipment room. The top portion of the remote pairs and works perfectly with my equipment via IR. The bottom half of the remote does Not work with my xantech IR extender. It works perfectly when I am in line of sight off the roku box but Not via the IR extender. The manufacture sent a second remote and it to has the exact same issue. Could it be that the bottom portion uses a frequency range below or above the 25-60KHZ that my IR kit is calibrated at ? Help
