I sold the MX700 to my brother (he loves it). I got the MX800. Ahhhh, the beauty of RF. The wonder of not having to point the remote at the equipment in the back of our Home Theater. Just point at the screen or anywhere. This was a huge upgrade. Well done, Home Theater Master.
I just wish I could figure out how to have the remote learn my Mitsubishi Air Conditioner. I'm doing all the right steps, but it is not controlling the unit. THe original remote works fine.

That same questionwas asked in one of the other identical questions he posted in this forum. He seems to know how IR and RF work, but for some reason not sure about the AC.
