Can anyone advise me on a universal remote that will provide me with FULL functionality for my Hughes Tivo Directv receiver?

I have my tivo linked to a Panasonic 52" widescreen TV

A Toshiba DVD Player

& A Pioneer surround sound system. I'm in search of a remote that can handle all these things.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There are a number of remotes that can do this. It comes down to how much you wish to spend. One low cost option would be a One for All 6131 ($18), which has buttons for all the Tivo functions. To cover all the bases, a 6131 modified with an EEPROM addition and JP1 (around $30) would give you the ability to fully program your other components as well.

Moving up in price, a Home Theater Master MX-500 ($100+) can duplicate your existing remotes and have each button properly labeled.

If you like a touchscreen, you could find a refurbished Pronto TS1000 for just under $100 that would do the trick as well.

There are more expensive remotes as well, but there's no reason to spend more unless you want to.

Ah, go on Mike, tell him about the $700 ProntoPro! Better yet, what are they asking for iPronto these days? :)
