I have a flipper 2 Device Universal It connected right up to the insignia TV. No problem. Now I need to get it to hook up to the Dish Wally. The Wally is an RF the flipper is an IR. I went into the Wally settings for the remote it is turned on, but I Just do not know what to do after that. It’s for a 91-year-old dementia person You absolutely can not use the Dish Wally remote it is horrible!
