I just recently bought a TSU7000 off of Ebay (yeah, I know). It is supposedly barely even used. I just received it the other day - everything was packaged perfectly - original box, cloth bags, etc. It looked like it was never even taken out of the box. I took it out and tested it - everything works perfectly. The only thing is, if I shake the remote, I can hear something rattling inside of it. It's definitely not a loose part shaking around, I can tell whatever is rattling is stationary and probably attached at some point. I assume this is not normal? I started to open it up via the 4 small screws on the back, but it wouldn't come apart after I removed the screws and I didn't want to risk breaking anything, so I just put the screws back. Has anyone taken apart their Pronto before? Should I try to get my money back on this thing?
